Nothing in this Indenture or in the Securities or any Guarantee, express or implied, shall give to any Person, other than the parties hereto and their successors hereunder and the Holders, and, to the extent set forth in Article Fourteen, holders of Senior Indebtedness of the Issuer and, to the extent set forth in the Subordination Provisions, holders of Senior Indebtedness of the Guarantors, any benefit or any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Indenture.
All Obligations including those to pay principal of and interest (including post-petition interest, whether or not allowed as a claim under Debtor Relief Laws) on the Loans and other Obligations, and fees and expenses in connection therewith, are entitled to the benefits of any Subordination Provisions applicable to all Indebtedness (including, without limitation, any contained in the Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement and any Master Intercompany Note).
