Sublicensee definition

Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.
Sublicensee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Sublicensee means any person or entity granted a Sublicense.

  • If a Commercial Sublicensee commits any act or omission that would be a breach of this Agreement, Licensee shall be liable and responsible to BlinkBio for such breach.
