Subdivision Ordinance definition

Subdivision Ordinance means the current ordinance enacted by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, establishing regulations for the subdivision and platting of land, providing for the preparation of plats and providing for the installation of utilities, streets and other improvements.
Subdivision Ordinance means the subdivision ordinance of the county.
Subdivision Ordinance means Chapter 12 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Beloit.

More Definitions of Subdivision Ordinance

Subdivision Ordinance as used here means that ordinance adopted pursuant to the Michigan Land Division Act (P.A. 288 of 1967, as amended, M.C.L. 560.101 et seq.). Many communities also incorporate land division provisions in the subdivision ordinance.
