Subcontract Amount means the price of the bid, as accepted by Xxxx, which is intended by the parties to be the amount of compensation payable from the Owner, through Xxxx, to the Subcontractor, subject to subsequent change orders, cancellations, and other amendments which from time-to-time may occur.
