Study Plan definition

Study Plan. Means the expected improvement in your English over the duration of your course to go from the Entry Level to the Target Level as recorded on My Embassy English Student Dashboard.
Study Plan means a document which defines the objectives and experimental design for the conduct of the study, and includes any amendments.
Study Plan means, with respect to a particular Study, the plan, as it may be amended from time to time upon mutual written agreement of the Parties, for the clinical evaluation of the Combination in such Study. The initial Study Plan for the first Study is attached hereto, as Appendix B.

More Definitions of Study Plan

Study Plan means, with respect to a given Licensed Product, the plan for any study agreed by the Parties to be included in the Development Plan for such Licensed Product pursuant to Section 5.2.2 (Development Outside the Current Development Plan) or Section 5.3 (Development Outside the Territory).
Study Plan means, for each Combined Therapy Study, the plan substantially in the form of Exhibit C that is completed and entered into by the Parties for such Combined Therapy Study as further described in Section 2.1(a).
Study Plan means, with respect to a particular Study for a particular cancer and patient population, the plan, including the Protocol, as it may be amended from time to time pursuant to this Agreement for the clinical evaluation of the Product in such Study. The global initial Study Plan for the first Study is attached hereto, as Annex A (the “Global Initial Study”).
Study Plan shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.2. “Technology Transfer” shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.9. “Term” shall have the meaning provided in Section 13.1.
