Studio Order definition

Studio Order means that certain Final Order Authorizing, but Not Directing, the Debtors, in their Discretion, to Enter into Accommodation Agreements with Major Movie Studio Suppliers and to Pay Prepetition Obligations in Connection Therewith, entered on November 9, 2007 [Docket No. 805].
