Stated Expiration Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(d).

More Definitions of Stated Expiration Date

Stated Expiration Date. As defined in Section 1.3.
Stated Expiration Date means the Initial Stated Expiration Date or the expiration date of the most recently exercised Renewal Term, as the case may be.
