Standards definition

Standards means the British or international standards, Authority's internal policies and procedures, Government codes of practice and guidance referred to in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards) together with any other specified policies or procedures identified in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards);
Standards means: any standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent bodies (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Supplier would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with; any standards detailed in the specification in Framework Schedule 1 (Digital Services) or Framework Schedule 6 (Standards and Security); any standards detailed by the Customer in this Contract or as agreed between the Parties from time to time; any relevant Government codes of practice and guidance applicable from time to time.
Standards means all standards, specifications, requirements, criteria, and policies that have been and are in the future developed and compiled by us for use by you in connection with the design, construction, renovation, refurbishment, appearance, equipping, furnishing, supplying, opening, operating, maintaining, marketing, services, service levels, quality, and quality assurance of System Hotels, including the Hotel, and for hotel advertising and accounting, whether contained in the Manual or set out in this Agreement or other written communication. The Standards do not include any personnel policies or procedures that we may, at our option, make available to you in the Manual or other written communication. You may, in your sole judgment, determine to what extent, if any, any such personnel policies or procedures might apply to the Hotel or Hotel Site.
