Standards Panel definition

Standards Panel means the five-member panel whose primary responsibility is to consider Standards Panel Matters, as more particularly described in Section II.D of these by- laws.
Standards Panel means a standards panel established under section 5.122(1) or (2);
Standards Panel or “Panel” means the National Boating Education Standards Panel. See “Consensus body.”

  • The spokesperson for each political group may nominate an ‘Alternate Member’ from his/her political group to sit on a Standards Panel, providing that the Member nominated has undertaken the requisite training on the Members’ Code of Conduct (and any other training required by the Standards and Constitutional Oversight Committee).

  • standards committee (“pwyllgor safonau”) means the standards committee of the county or county borough council which has functions in relation to the community council for which it is responsible under section 56(1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 2000.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

These rules are based on Reliability Standards adopted by NERC and NPCC, but also include more specific and more stringent rules to reflect the particular requirements of the New York Transmission System.

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.5 of the Order Form;

  • Minimum Standards means standards of practice that interpret the legal definition of nursing as well as provide criteria against which violations of the law can be determined.

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) means a qualified person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.

  • Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.

  • Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice means the current standards of the appraisal profession, developed for appraisers and users of appraisal services by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
