Standard Security definition

Standard Security means the ‘Mortgage Security’; and
Standard Security means the standard security by the Shared Equity Owner in favour of Scottish Ministers for the Shared Equity Owner's obligations in terms of this Agreement; and
Standard Security means a standard security entered into or to be entered into by the Company, in favour of the Security Agent, with respect to any Property located in Scotland.
