Standard of Work definition

Standard of Work means the highest of:
Standard of Work. All Landlord's work shall be done and completed in a good and workmanlike manner in full compliance with the Building Code and all other applicable municipal, provincial and federal laws.
Standard of Work means with respect to each part of the Work, the highest applicable standard for such part of the Work, from among the following:

  • The Supplier represents and warrants that it has all the skills, qualifications, certifications and experience necessary to perform the Services to the Standard of Work as contemplated by this Agreement and acknowledges that its skills, qualifications, certifications and experience were a major factor in the selection of the Supplier for the work set out in this Agreement.

Related to Standard of Work

  • Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Similar Nature of Work means of Delivery and Installation of Zoology Laboratory instruments of Diamond Harbour Women’s University.

  • Contract Standard means such standard as complies in each and every respect with all relevant provisions of the Contract;

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.
