Specified Incremental Loans definition

Specified Incremental Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.24(a).
Specified Incremental Loans and such commitments, “Specified Incremental Loan Commitments”), as applicable.

More Definitions of Specified Incremental Loans

Specified Incremental Loans means Incremental Loans not to exceed $450,000,000 in the aggregate to be used solely for the purposes permitted under Section 6.08(d).
