Examples of Special Voting Unit in a sentence
Subject to Section 13.13, each holder of Common Units, and each holder of Special Voting Units, shall be entitled to cast, in person or by proxy, one vote for each Common Unit or Special Voting Unit, as applicable, on all matters upon which Limited Partners have the right to vote as set forth in this Agreement and provided under the Delaware Act.
Each Special Voting Unit entitles the holder of record thereof to a number of votes at all meeting of the Unitholders equal to the number of Trust Units that may be obtained upon exchange of the exchangeable security, including an Exchangeable Unit, to which the Special Voting Unit is attached.
Each Trust Unit and Special Voting Unit shall vest indefeasibly in the holder thereof and the interest of each Unitholder shall be determined by the number of Trust Units and Special Voting Units registered in the name of the Unitholder.
