Special Levy definition

Special Levy. ’ means a levy imposed as a special levy by a financial sector body in terms of legislation that empowers the imposition of a levy;
Special Levy means any Special Levy/Levies imposed by the Developer, during the Development Period, and thereafter by the Board or the Trustees, as the case may be, over and above the Levies as referred to in Clause 14 below, but also calculated and payable in terms of the provision of Clause 14 below;
Special Levy means a levy payable by a Member under clause 6.3.

Special Levy means a payment which is made by a resident of a retirement village to the person who operates the scheme for the village or to the manager of the village and which is not—
