Sole Inventions has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

Sole Inventions means any and all Inventions (other than Antibody Inventions) made, discovered or developed solely by one Party and its employees or agents (including, without limitation, consultants or contractors who have assigned rights to inventions to a Party).
