Site License definition

Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.
Site License means a license model that permits use of specified Software for a number of Customer’s employees at a specific Customer site/physical location.
Site License means a Licensed Product for which one License is required for each Customer location, as specified either in the Quote or at the Licensing Basis Webpage. Multiple customer facilities located in the same city or town (based on postal address) shall be considered one “location,” whereas locations located in different cities or towns will require multiple Site Licenses.

  • In the event that (i) any of such applications for such Governmental Approvals should be finally rejected; (ii) any Governmental Approval issued to Company is canceled, expires, lapses, or is otherwise withdrawn or terminated by governmental authority; or (iii) Company determines the licensed Equipment Location is no longer technically compatible for its use, Company shall have the right to terminate all or part of this Supplemental Site License.

  • All necessary approvals and authority to enter into this Supplemental Site License have been obtained and the person executing this Supplemental Site License on behalf of each Party has the express authority to do so and, in so doing, to bind such Party hereto.

  • Each Party warrants that it has the full right and authority to enter into this Supplemental Site License.

  • This Supplemental Site License together with its Exhibits and Attachments constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all contemporaneous or prior agreements between the Parties, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Supplemental Site License.

  • The City grants to Company a non-exclusive, revocable Supplemental Site License to locate, construct, operate, control and maintain its Network Equipment, as referenced in that certain Master Right-of-Way Use Agreement in connection with the operation of Company’s Network, between Licensor and Company dated October 25, 2018 (the “Use Agreement”), within the Public Right-of-Way segment shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (“Equipment Location”).


More Definitions of Site License

Site License means a license for Clinic to use the Software at the Permitted Site, with a limited Annual Product Usage, in accordance with this License Agreement. A Site License enables concurrent users at a Permitted Site.
