Examples of Similar Law in a sentence
This Note, or any interest therein, may not be transferred to a person that is or is acting on behalf of, or using the assets of, a Benefit Plan [For Class A-2, A-3 and A-4 Notes Only], unless such transferee represents, warrants and covenants that its purchase, holding and disposition of this note will not give rise to a non-exempt prohibited transaction under Section 406 of ERISA or Section 4975 of the Code or result in a violation of any Similar Law.
By accepting and holding this Trust Certificate, the Certificateholder hereof shall be required to have represented and warranted that it is not a Benefit Plan Investor or a Plan that is subject to Similar Law.
The Trust Certificates may not be acquired or held by a Benefit Plan Investor, a Plan that is subject to Similar Law or a person who is not a United States Person within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code.
