Severance Arrangement definition

Severance Arrangement means The Macerich Company Amended and Restated Severance Pay Plan, as in effect on the Effective Date.
Severance Arrangement means (i) if the Participant is a participant of the Company’s Change in Control Employee Severance Plan (the “Severance Plan”) as of the date hereof or at the time of Termination, the Severance Plan, or (ii) if the Participant is party to an employment agreement with the Service Recipient as of the date hereof or at the time of Termination that provides for equity acceleration benefits upon a Covered Termination (an “Employment Agreement”), such Employment Agreement.
Severance Arrangement means each termination, severance or similar plan, policy or arrangement of the Seller concerning Employees.

  • In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Stock Plan or this Agreement and the Severance Arrangement, this Agreement shall be controlling and determinative, except as otherwise expressly indicated otherwise in the Stock Plan or the Severance Arrangement.

Severance Arrangement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).

Related to Severance Arrangement
