Settlement Period definition

Settlement Period has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(d)(i) hereof.

Settlement Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.1(b).

Settlement Period means (A) in respect of each Purchaser Interest of Conduit, the immediately preceding Accrual Period, and (B) in respect of each Purchaser Interest of the Financial Institutions, the entire Tranche Period of such Purchaser Interest.

Examples of Settlement Period in a sentence

• Within the earlier of (i) one (1) Trading Day and (ii) the number of Trading Days comprising the Standard Settlement Period (as defined in Section 2(d)(i) herein) following the date of exercise as aforesaid, the Holder shall deliver the aggregate Exercise Price for the shares specified in the applicable Notice of Exercise by wire transfer or cashier’s check drawn on a United States bank unless the cashless exercise procedure specified in Section 2(c) below is specified in the applicable Notice of Exercise.

• The quantity of Generating Facility Energy in each month of the Settlement Period shall be equal to the Specified Amount for such month determined under this Agreement as of the time the calculation is made (“Settlement Energy”).

More Definitions of Settlement Period

Settlement Period has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
