Servier Territory definition

Servier Territory means the entire world, but excluding the CTI Territory.
Servier Territory means worldwide except (i) the United States of America and their possessions and territories and (ii) Japan.

  • During each License Term, (a) Servier will, subject to the terms of this Agreement, be responsible for the Development of Licensed Products from the corresponding Licensed Program in the Field for the Servier Territory, and (b) MacroGenics will remain responsible for Development of Licensed Products from the same Licensed Program in the Field in the MacroGenics Territory.

Servier Territory means (a) with respect to the Lead Product and any CoDev Collaboration Product, the entire world except for the United States and (b) with respect to a Servier WW Collaboration Product, the entire world.
