Servicing Guidelines definition

Servicing Guidelines means the relevant written guidelines, policies and procedures established by the Servicer for servicing mortgage loans recorded on the Mortgage Loan System, including the Mortgage Loans, as amended or updated in writing from time to time.
Servicing Guidelines means, as applicable, the Servicing Guidelines for one or more Private Student Loan programs that have been issued by a Lender Participant and approved by FMC and Servicer attached to and made part of each Lender Participant Servicing Agreement, all as may amended by the Parties pursuant to the terms thereof.

  • The Servicer may, in accordance with the Servicing Guidelines, consent to the creation of leases, licences or restrictive covenants in respect of any mortgaged property in connection with a Mortgage Loan.

More Definitions of Servicing Guidelines

Servicing Guidelines means CPS's established servicing guidelines, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 9.1(k) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Servicing Guidelines means CPS’s established servicing guidelines in the form attached to the Sale and Servicing Agreement as Exhibit H, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with Section 9.1(k) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; provided that if the Backup Servicer is acting as successor Servicer under the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Servicing Guidelines shall be the Backup Servicer’s usual and customary servicing policies and procedures for auto loan receivables and obligors having similar terms, conditions and credit characteristics as the Receivables and the related Obligors.
Servicing Guidelines means the document by that name included as part of the Servicing Agreement among the Parties and the Servicer.
Servicing Guidelines shall be the Borrower’s servicing guidelines in effect as of the date hereof, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit J.”
Servicing Guidelines shall have the meaning given to that term in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Servicing Guidelines has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of Collection Policy herein, provided, that in the event that a successor Servicer (whether or not the Backup Servicer) is appointed pursuant to Section 6.15, “Servicing Guidelines” following such appointment shall mean the servicing standards, undertakings and guidelines, as applicable (including in respect of Collection Services, if covered), set forth in the related Backup Servicing Agreement (in the case of the Backup Servicer as successor Servicer) or other successor Servicing Agreement entered into with the applicable successor Servicer, if not the Backup Servicer.
