Servicing Guide. The Impac Funding Corporation Servicing Guide attached hereto as Exhibit K.

Servicing Guide means Fannie Mae’s Servicing Guide.

Servicing Guide means collectively, our guidelines and requirements relating to this Policy for servicing loans, reporting Defaults, paying premiums, cancelling and reinstating coverage, Workouts, and submitting Claims and other information to us, which includes a description of eligible expense items for Claims. Our guidelines and requirements are effective when we issue them, including by posting them on our website, unless we specify a later effective date.

Examples of Servicing Guide in a sentence

• Each Covered Loan will be serviced in accordance with the Servicing Guide.

• Servicer - means that Person, other than a natural Person, that at a given time is servicing a Covered Loan (or acting as a master servicer, if subservicing is also involved) on behalf of the Insured and pursuant to the Servicing Guide and any applicable delegation of authority that the Insured may have made to the Servicer to perform loss mitigation without the prior approval of the Insured.

• Servicing Fee - means that portion of the contract rate of interest, as such contract rate is stated in the Covered Loan (or as otherwise subject to Modification in accordance with the Servicing Guide, as provided in Article III.(c) (Representations and Warranties of the Insured)), which is retained by the Servicer of the Covered Loan to compensate it for its responsibilities and actions as Servicer of the Covered Loan.

• Servicing Guide - means: (i) the Insured's single family Servicing Guide, as such guide currently exists or as it may be periodically amended by announcement, lender letter, notice, or other Servicer communication, for general application to single-family loans serviced by all of the Insured's servicers; and (ii) any exceptions, pilots, or variances to the Servicing Guide authorized by the Insured.

• The financial statements and information provided for review should be in satisfactory form and shall be reviewed in accordance with Part IIIA, Sections 401 through 408 and 410, of the Fannie Mae Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide, in effect as of June 10, 2015, which is incorporated by reference and available on the Corporation’s website under the Multifamily Programs link labeled Non-Competitive Funding Programs or from http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07357.

Servicing Guide means the Fannie Mae Servicing Guide, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
