Services Technology definition

Services Technology means the software, databases, platforms and other technologies used by or on behalf of Iron Mountain in performing the Services, whether operated directly by Iron Mountain or through the use of third-party services.
Services Technology has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Services Technology means all of RxScan’s proprietary technology (including software, hardware, products, processes, algorithms, user interfaces, know-how, techniques, designs and other tangible or intangible technical material or information) made available to you by RxScan in providing its services; "Intellectual Property Rights" means unpatented inventions, patent applications, patents, design rights, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain name rights, mask work rights, know-how and other trade secret rights, and all other intellectual property rights, derivatives thereof, and forms of protection of a similar nature anywhere in the world; "License Administrator(s)" means those Users designated by you who are authorized to purchase licenses online using the Online Order Center or by executing written Order Forms and to create User accounts and otherwise administer your use of the SERVICES; "Online Order Center" means the SERVICES’ online application that allows the License Administrator designated by you to, among other things, add additional Users and Locations to the SERVICES; "Order Form(s)" means the form evidencing the initial subscription for the SERVICES and any subsequent order forms submitted online or in written form, specifying, among other things, the number of licenses and other services contracted for, the applicable fees, the billing period, and other charges as agreed to between the parties, each such Order Form to be incorporated into and to become a part of this AGREEMENT (in the event of any conflict between the terms of this AGREEMENT and the terms of any such Order Form, the terms of this AGREEMENT shall prevail); "SERVICES" means the specific edition of the SERVICES application identified during the ordering process, developed, operated, and maintained by RxScan, accessible via a supplied web address or another designated website or IP address, or ancillary online or offline products and services provided to you by the SERVICES, to which you are being granted access under this AGREEMENT, including RxScan’s Technology and the Content; "User(s)" and “End User(s)” means your employees, representatives, consultants, contractors or agents who are authorized to use the SERVICES and have been supplied usernames and passwords by you (or by the SERVICES at your request).

  • If Customer provides Iron Mountain any feedback or suggestions about the Services, Services Technology or Documentation (the “Feedback”), then Iron Mountain may use such information without obligation to Customer, and Customer hereby irrevocably assigns all rights, title and interest in the Feedback to Iron Mountain.

  • This agreement enables C-TEC students who successfully complete the academic and technical competencies required for the Clinical Care Nursing program to receive college credit for certain courses in the Nursing Technologies and Emergency Medical Services Technology associate degree programs at Central Ohio Technical College.

More Definitions of Services Technology

Related to Services Technology

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Technology means any and all technical information, specifications, drawings, records, documentation, works of authorship or other creative works, ideas, algorithms, models, databases, ciphers/keys, systems architecture, network protocols, research, development, and manufacturing information, software (including object code and source code), application programming interfaces (APIs), innovations, mask works, logic designs, circuit designs, technical data, processes and methods.

  • Company Technology means all Technology owned or purported to be owned by the Company.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, Product IP, and Licensor’s rights in the Program IP and Joint Patents.

  • New Technology means any invention, discovery, improvement, or innovation that was not available to the District on the effective date of the contract, whether or not patentable, including, but not limited to, new processes, emerging technology, machines, and improvements to or new applications of existing processes, machines, manufactures and software. Also included are new computer programs, and improvements to, or new applications of, existing computer programs, whether or not copyrightable and any new process, machine, including software, and improvements to, or new applications of, existing processes, machines, manufactures and software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Technology Rights means BOARD's rights in any technical information, know-how, processes, procedures, compositions, devices, methods, formulae, protocols, techniques, software, designs, drawings or data created by the inventor(s) listed in Exhibit I at UTMDACC before the EFFECTIVE DATE, which are not claimed in PATENT RIGHTS but that are necessary for practicing PATENT RIGHTS.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.
