Services Period definition

Services Period refers to the period of time for which You have ordered Cloud Services as specified in Your order.

Services Period means the aggregate of:

Services Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier to occur of: (a) the date of expiration of the Concession Period; and (b) the Termination Date.

• This Agreement may also be referenced for any purchase that increases the quantity of the original Services ordered (e.g., additional Users), for any Cloud Services options offered by Oracle for the original Services ordered, and for any renewal or Auto Renewal of the Services Period of the original order.

• The Oracle Services Privacy Policy is subject to change at Oracle’s discretion; however, Oracle policy changes will not result in a material reduction in the level of protection provided for Your Personal Data provided as part of Your Content during the Services Period of Your order.

• If stated in the Service Specifications, certain Cloud Services that are ordered will Auto Renew for additional Services Periods unless (i) You provide Oracle with written notice no later than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the applicable Services Period of your intention not to renew such Cloud Services, or (ii) Oracle provides You with written notice no later than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the applicable Services Period of its intention not to renew such Cloud Services.

More Definitions of Services Period

Services Period means the period(s) of time during which you have purchased the right to obtain the Services. License Keys each have individual Services Periods.

Services Period means the period for which Customer has purchased the Services and any subsequent renewal periods and shall commence: (a) for Software Licenses for which Services are mandatory, on the date the applicable Software License Key(s) are made available for download, and (b) for Software Licenses for which Services are optional, on the date of purchase of the Services.

Services Period is defined in Section 2, below.
