Service Recipients definition

Service Recipients means BPY, the Property Partnership, the Holding Entities and, at the option of the Holding Entities, any wholly-owned Subsidiary of a Holding Entity, excluding, for greater certainty, any Operating Entities;

Service Recipients means BREP, BRELP, the Holding Entities and any other entity, at the option of the Holding Entities and the Operating Entities.

• This limitation of damages shall bind, without limitation, Service Recipients, family members, legal representatives, assigns and successors in interest of the Applicant.

• If the Agreement is terminated, as soon as practicable and reasonable but not less than fifteen (15) days prior to termination, the Contractor shall inform all recipients of the Contractor’s services, Service Recipients of the Contractor, subcontractors of the Contractor, or others who may act in reliance on the Agreement, or who may be affected by such termination.

More Definitions of Service Recipients

Service Recipients means the NEP Parties and any of their Subsidiaries listed on Schedule I hereto (as such Schedule may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 2.2);

Service Recipients means the YieldCo Parties and any of their Subsidiaries as listed on Schedule I attached hereto (as such Schedule may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 2.2).
