Service Capacity definition

Service Capacity means the planning threshold number of vehicles on any one segment of the ACHD System at Level of Service E Planning Threshold for minor arterials and principal arterials, consistent with the ACHD Street Service Capacity Guidelines (as found in Exhibit C).
Service Capacity means the applicable Subscription Period together with the number of Virtual Machines, Instances, End Users, throughput volume, email addresses, nodes, other measure, and/or other metering mechanism for each Cloud Service purchased under these Terms of Service that is reflected the Certificate therefor.
