Series A Preferred Interests definition

Series A Preferred Interests means the Series A Cumulative Preferred Interests of the Company, the Statement of Preferences of which is attached hereto as Appendix A.

Series A Preferred Interests means the outstanding Series A Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock of TMC and the underlying Series A Preferred OP Units of Borrower.
