Series A-1 Preferred definition

Series A-1 Preferred means the shares of the Company’s Series A-1 Preferred Stock, $0.0001 par value per share.
Series A-1 Preferred means the Series A-1 Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company.
Series A-1 Preferred has the meaning specified in Section 4.3(b).
