Selling Group definition

Selling Group has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2;

Selling Group means, collectively, those registered dealers appointed by the Agents to assist in the Offering as contemplated in the fifth paragraph of this agreement;

• This Agreement may be terminated by the Managing Broker-Dealer or a Selling Group Member at any time upon 5 days written notice to the other party.

Selling Group means, collectively, those registered dealers appointed by the Underwriters to assist in the Offering;
