Seller’s Representations definition

Seller’s Representations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Seller’s Representations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.

• Seller’s representations and warranties as set forth in this Article VII (Seller’s Representations and Warranties) are continuous for the extent of the Initial Term and any Extension of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Seller’s Representations

Seller’s Representations shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.11 hereof.
