Security Assets definition

Security Assets means all assets of the Chargor the subject of any security created by this Deed.

Security Assets means any asset which is the subject of a Security Interest created by a Security Document.

Security Assets means the Shares and the Related Rights.

Examples of Security Assets in a sentence

• The Assignor shall supply to the Security Agent promptly such information regarding its financial condition, business and operations, its Security Assets II and its compliance with this Deed as the Security Agent may reasonably request.

• A Security Agent shall be entitled to accept without enquiry, and shall not be obliged to investigate, any right and title that the Assignor may have to any of the Security Assets and shall not be liable for, or bound to require the Assignor to remedy, any defect in its right or title.

• The Security Assets II are not subject to any Security other than the Security Interests II and (subject to the Legal Reservations) such Security constitutes perfected security on the Security Assets II except subject to the registration of this Deed with the BVI Registrar.

• If the Security Agent, any Receiver II or any Delegate II takes possession of the Security Assets II, it may at any time relinquish possession.

• At any time after the Security Interests II have become enforceable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any rights conferred by any Finance Document or by law upon a Receiver II may be exercised by the Security Agent, whether or not the Security Agent shall have appointed a Receiver of all or any part of the Security Assets II.

More Definitions of Security Assets

Security Assets means all of the assets of the Transaction Obligors which from time to time are, or are expressed to be, the subject of the Transaction Security.

Security Assets or “Mortgaged Property” as defined in any applicable Security Document and all other property that is subject to Liens in favor of the Agent under the terms of the Security Documents.

Security Assets means all property and assets from time to time mortgaged, charged or assigned (or expressed to be mortgaged, charged or assigned) by or pursuant to this Deed;

Security Assets means all right, title and interest Party B has or may at any time have in the Accounts and in all securities, cash and other assets (and all rights, benefits and proceeds attaching thereto or arising therefrom or in respect thereof) standing to the credit of the Accounts (and in each case including where relevant any interest in such securities, cash or assets accruing by virtue of the fact that the securities, cash or assets are held in a clearance or settlement system, or by a custodian or other intermediary and also including all rights to receive Income, redemption amounts, cash or other securities or assets arising from such securities, cash or assets); and
