Scheme Record definition

Scheme Record means the document defined in section 48 of the PVG Act;
Scheme Record means the document defined in section 48 of the PVG Act; School Year means the 38 week period of time in one calendar year during which Early Learning and Childcare is typically provided, commencing in August and continuing until June/July in the following year, the applicable dates for each School Year being determined by the Council. Service means Early Learning and Childcare provision in accordance with the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014, Part 6 and consisting of education and care, for a Child who is under school age with regard being given to the importance of interactions and other experiences which support learning and development and (1)where the context requires it the provision by the Provider of Early Learning and Childcare for each Child place purchased under this Contract and any work and actions associated with it including, without prejudice to the foregoing, the management and administration of the Service or (2)where context requires it the collective Service provided to all Funded Placements under this Contract and any work and actions associated with it including, without prejudice to the foregoing, the management and administration of the Service.

Examples of Scheme Record in a sentence

  • All individuals in regulated work for the Club will require to complete a self-declaration form on an annual basis and apply for a Scheme Record Update every three years.

  • The Resolution to be proposed at the General Meeting will, amongst other matters, provide that the Articles be amended to incorporate provisions requiring any Brewin Dolphin Shares issued after the Scheme Record Time (other than to Bidco and/or its nominees) to be automatically transferred to Bidco on the same terms as the Acquisition (other than terms as to timings and formalities).

  • As from the Scheme Record Time, each holding of Scheme Shares credited to any stock account in CREST shall be disabled and all Scheme Shares will be removed from CREST in due course.

  • The Resolutions to be proposed at the General Meeting will, amongst other matters, provide that the Augean Articles be amended to incorporate provisions requiring any Augean Shares issued after the Scheme Record Time (other than to Bidco and/or its nominees) to be automatically transferred to Bidco on the same terms as the Offer (other than terms as to timings and formalities).

  • Any Cambria Shares issued before the Scheme Record Time will be subject to the terms of the Scheme.

  • The Resolutions to be proposed at the General Meeting will, among other matters, provide that the Cambria Articles be amended to incorporate provisions requiring any Cambria Shares issued after the Scheme Record Time (other than to Bidco or its nominee(s)) to be automatically transferred to Bidco on the same terms as the Offer (other than terms as to timings and formalities).

  • Any Meggitt Shares issued before the Scheme Record Time will be subject to the terms of the Scheme.

Service Improvement Period means the period that is activated when a Provider/Setting is not meeting one or more of the National Standard criteria as described in Condition 12 (Service Improvement Period) during which the Provider/Setting is given an opportunity to improve the quality of their provision within a specified timescale.
Scheme Record means the scheme member’s statement of scheme membership (see below) and all vetting information (set out at section 45);

Related to Scheme Record

  • Scheme Record Time means the time and date specified as such in the Scheme Document, expected to be 6.00 p.m. on the Business Day immediately preceding the Effective Date or such other time as Codemasters and Take-Two may agree;

  • Case record means the file of personally identifiable information, whether written or electronic in form, on an individual that is collected to carry out the purposes of the division as defined in the Act and the Social Security Act. This information remains a part of the case record and is subject to these rules even when temporarily physically removed, either in whole or in part, from the file folder in which it is normally kept.

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

  • Disclosure Record means the Company’s prospectuses, annual reports, annual and interim financial statements, annual information forms, business acquisition reports, management discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations, information circulars, material change reports, press releases and all other information or documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company under Applicable Securities Laws which have been publicly filed or otherwise publicly disseminated by the Company;

  • Corporate Records means the corporate records of a corporation, including (i) its articles, notice of articles or other constating documents, any unanimous shareholders agreement and any amendments thereto; (ii) all minutes of meetings and resolutions of shareholders, directors and any committee thereof; (iii) the share certificate books, register of shareholders, register of transfers and registers of directors and officers; and

  • Record means information that is inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in perceivable form.

  • Scheme Circular means any circular to the shareholders of the Target to be issued by the Target setting out the proposals for any Scheme.

  • Private record means a record containing data on individuals that is private as provided by Section 63G-2-302.

  • Personnel record means a record kept by the employer that identifies the employee, to the extent that the record is used or has been used, or may affect or be used relative to that employee's qualifications for employment, promotion, transfer, additional compensation, or disciplinary action. A personnel record shall include a record in the possession of a person, corporation, partnership, or other association who has a contractual agreement with the employer to keep or supply a personnel record as provided in this subdivision. A personnel record shall not include:

  • Exchange Message Record or "EMR" is the standard used for exchange of telecommunications message information between telecommunications providers for billable, non-billable, sample, settlement and study data. EMR format is contained in BR-010-200-010 XXXX Exchange Message Record, a Telcordia document that defines industry standards for exchange message records. "Exchange Service" or "Extended Area Service (EAS)/Local Traffic" means traffic that is originated and terminated within the Local Calling Area as determined by the Commission.

  • s Record Subrecipient’s records shall be sufficient to:

  • State Records means any and all State data, information, and records, regardless of physical form, including, but not limited to, information subject to disclosure under CORA.

  • Scheme Rules means the applicable SEPA direct debit or credit transfer scheme rules of the European Payments Council as amended from time to time.

  • Scheme of Arrangement means a scheme of arrangement, share for share exchange or analogous procedure.

  • Serious Record means a conviction or any finding of guilt regarding a Serious Offence; and Vulnerable Person means an individual aged 18 years and above who is or may be unable to take care of themselves, or is unable to protect themselves against harm or exploitation for any reason, including age, physical or mental illness, trauma or disability, pregnancy, the influence, or past or existing use, of alcohol, drugs or substances or any other reason.

  • Public record or "public records" shall mean all documents, papers, letters, maps, books, photographs, films, sound recordings, magnetic or other tapes, electronic data-processing records, artifacts, or other documentary material, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received pursuant to law or ordinance in connection with the transaction of public business by any agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions. Agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions shall mean and include every public office, public officer or official (State or local, elected or appointed), institution, board, commission, bureau, council, department, authority or other unit of government of the State or of any county, unit, special district or other political subdivision of government.

  • Scheme Documents means (a) any Scheme Press Release, (b) the Scheme Circular (if any) and (c) any other document designated in writing as such by Borrower and Administrative Agent.

  • Electronic Record and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Vital record means that term as defined in section 2805 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.2805.

  • Listing Statement means the listing statement of the Acquiror in accordance with requirements of the CSE in respect of the Transaction;

  • Scheme Meeting means the meeting or meetings of the INM Shareholders or, if applicable, any class or classes of INM Shareholders (including as may be directed by the High Court pursuant to Section 450(5) of the Act) (and any adjournment of any such meeting or meetings) convened by (i) resolution of the INM Board or (ii) order of the High Court, in either case pursuant to Section 450 of the Act, to consider and vote on the Scheme Meeting Resolution;

  • Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.

  • Financial Records means any document or summary of information contained in a document, including electronic documents, that contains information about the financial activities or position of a person including, but not limited to, information about the assets, balance sheets, budgets, cash flow, earnings, revenue, expenditures, income, investments, losses, liabilities, payroll, profits, retained earnings, or taxes.

  • Scheme Document means this document including its Annexures, any addenda or corrigendum to this Scheme Document and/ or any other document issued pursuant hereto.

  • Motor vehicle record or "MVR" means a driving record under Subsection 53-3-109(6)(a).

  • Shareholder of Record means the record owner of shares issued by an Investment Company or, in the case of joint ownership of such shares, all record owners, as designated (1) in the initial account application, or (2) in writing accompanied by a signature guarantee, or (3) pursuant to procedures as set forth in the Application.
