This Agreement, including any Schedules, Appendices, Annexes, Exhibits, and Riders (and any separate agreement which Bank and Customer may enter into with respect to the services provided under this Agreement), sets out the entire Agreement between the parties in connection with the subject matter, and, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, this Agreement supersedes any other agreement, statement, or representation relating to the services provided under this Agreement, whether oral or written.
The Contractor must retain all documents related to the Contract for five (5) years after expiration of the Contract or, if longer, the period required by the General Records Schedules maintained by the Florida Department of State available at the Department of State’s Records Management website.
