Scheduled Expiry Date definition

Scheduled Expiry Date means, with respect to any Purchaser Group, March 31, 2023, as such date may be extended in accordance with Section 2.6(b).
Scheduled Expiry Date means the day immediately before the day falling 114 months after the Delivery Date;
Scheduled Expiry Date means November 19, 2020, unless extended from time to time in accordance with Section 2.17.

More Definitions of Scheduled Expiry Date

Scheduled Expiry Date means, with respect to any Purchaser Group, the later of (a) December 20, 2005 and (b) the last day of any extension thereof made in accordance with Section 2.6(b).
