SBIC Equity Commitment definition

SBIC Equity Commitment means a commitment by the Borrower to make one or more capital contributions to an SBIC Subsidiary.

Any such designation by the Borrower shall be effected pursuant to a certificate of a Financial Officer delivered to the Administrative Agent, which certificate shall include a statement to the effect that, to the best of such officer’s knowledge, such designation complied with the foregoing conditions. “SEC” means the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or any successor thereto. “Second Currency” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.11.
SBIC Equity Commitment meansshall mean a commitment by the Borrower to make one or more capital contributions to an SBIC Subsidiary.
