Sanofi Option Period definition

Sanofi Option Period means the period commencing on the date on which Sanofi receives the full and complete Sanofi Option Data Package with respect to the applicable Licensed Product and such other information relating to such Licensed Product that Sanofi requests pursuant to the last sentence of Section 4.7.1 and ending [*].

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to exercise the Option.

  • Grant Year has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA; ‘HESA’ means the Higher Education Support Xxx 0000; ‘maximum basic grant amount’ or ‘MBGA’ has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA.

  • Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants. However, an Employee's initial Election Period shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.
