Saleable Unit definition

Saleable Unit means the smallest amount of each Product that can be purchased and sold by Marketer as specified on Exhibit 1.20. ------------
Saleable Unit means any unit of a given Product which is saleable individually, and which is displayed for sale individually (e.g. a pair of earrings or a necklace constitute each one Saleable Unit) in a Campaign’s brochure (on the understanding that such individually saleable unit may be also displayed for sale in a Campaign’s brochure as part of a kit);

  • Present Fair Saleable Value means the amount that could be obtained by an independent willing seller from an independent willing buyer if the assets (both tangible and intangible) of the applicable Person and its subsidiaries taken as a whole are sold on a going-concern basis with reasonable promptness in an arm’s-length transaction under present conditions for the sale of comparable business enterprises insofar as such conditions can be reasonably evaluated.

  • Net Orderly Liquidation Value means, with respect to Inventory of any Person, the orderly liquidation value thereof as determined in a manner acceptable to the Administrative Agent by an appraiser acceptable to the Administrative Agent, net of all costs of liquidation thereof.

  • Market Value as defined in the regulation prescribing the standards for real estate appraisals used in federally related transactions, 12

  • Net Value has the meaning set forth in Section 1.68(a)(ii).

  • Orderly Liquidation Value means the net amount (after all costs of sale), expressed in terms of money, which Agent, in its good faith discretion, estimates can be realized from a sale, as of a specific date, given a reasonable period to find a purchaser(s), with the seller being compelled to sell on an as-is/where-is basis.

  • Net Book Value means the net book value of the relevant Supplier Asset(s) calculated in accordance with the depreciation policy of the Supplier set out in the letter in the agreed form from the Supplier to the Costumer of even date with this Call Off Contract;

  • Fair salable value means the amount that could be obtained for assets within a reasonable time, either through collection or through sale under ordinary selling conditions by a capable and diligent seller to an interested buyer who is willing (but under no compulsion) to purchase.

  • Good Value means that the Benchmarked Rates are within the Upper Quartile;

  • Stored value means monetary value that is evidenced by an electronic record.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • Fair Market Value means, as of any date, the value of Common Stock determined as follows:

  • Economic Value – means the value of the Company and of its shares, to be determined by a specialized company by using a recognized methodology or based on another criterion to be defined by the CVM.

  • Class A Share means a Class A ordinary share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the share capital of the Company.

  • Agreed Value of any Contributed Property means the fair market value of such property or other consideration at the time of contribution as determined by the General Partner. The General Partner shall use such method as it determines to be appropriate to allocate the aggregate Agreed Value of Contributed Properties contributed to the Partnership in a single or integrated transaction among each separate property on a basis proportional to the fair market value of each Contributed Property.

  • Rental unit means a structure or part of a structure used as a home, residence, or sleeping unit by a single person or household unit, or any grounds, or other facilities or area promised for the use of a residential tenant and includes, but without limitation, apartment units, boarding houses, rooming houses, mobile home spaces, and single and 2-family dwellings.

  • Sponsor Fair Market Value means the average last reported sale price of the Ordinary Shares for the ten (10) trading days ending on the third (3rd) trading day prior to the date on which notice of exercise of the Private Placement Warrant is sent to the Warrant Agent;
