Sale Volume definition

Sale Volume means total volume of rhodium the Sellers wish to sell in aggregate at any Indicative Price;
Sale Volume means the aggregate number of cases of Products sold and to be sold by any prior distributors and to be sold by Distributor in the Territory or referenced portion thereof during the twelve (12) month period ended on a referenced date. For the avoidance of doubt, HBC shall acquire, terminate or replace the Prior Distributor Rights and bear the deficiency, if any, between the amount of the Final Buy-Out Contribution and the cost of acquiring or terminating the Prior Distributor Rights, whether or not the Final Buy-Out Contribution is sufficient.
Sale Volume means the total volume of Water Allocation offered for sale as part of this sale process.

Examples of Sale Volume in a sentence

  • For purposes of computing the Territory Severance Payment under this Section 12.b.(iv), the Final Buy-Out Contribution shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the Sale Volume in the terminated Territory for the period ended on the last day of the month immediately preceding the month in which the Partial Territory Termination occurs and the denominator of which shall be the Sale Volume in the entire Territory for the same period.

Sale Volume means the actual volume amount of each Licensed Product (per SKU) distributed and sold by Licensee for Commercialization in the Territory in a given calendar year.

  • VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum means a number of shares of Common Stock traded on the Principal Market during normal trading hours on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to: (i) the VWAP Purchase Share Estimate, divided by (ii) the VWAP Purchase Share Percentage (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

If the Closing Sales Price cannot be calculated for such security on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sales Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as reasonably determined by an investment banking firm selected by the Corporation, with the costs of such appraisal to be borne by the Corporation.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Additional Accelerated Purchase Share Volume Maximum means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, a number of shares of Common Stock equal to (i) the number of Purchase Shares specified by the Company in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice as the Additional Accelerated Purchase Share Amount to be purchased by the Investor in such Additional Accelerated Purchase, divided by (ii) the Additional Accelerated Purchase Share Percentage (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Maximum Purchase Price has the meaning assigned to the term in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).
