  • Security audits, as specified in the SaaS Listing, are conducted periodically to certify that security controls are in place and are being carried out, including administering such background checks.

  • You may have certain information that is subject to heightened security standards of care (e.g. health data, account numbers) and you agree that you will not provide CA such sensitive information unless CA is made aware and expressly agrees to follow such standards in the SaaS Listing.

  • Perforce may update its terms of Support and Maintenance, and the SaaS Listing, from time to time, so long as the Subscription Services functionality and service levels are not materially diminished.

Related to SaaS Listing
