RUNTIME SOFTWARE definition

RUNTIME SOFTWARE means the Adobe runtime software in object code format named “Adobe AIR” that is to be installed by end-users, and all updates to such software made available by Adobe.
RUNTIME SOFTWARE means a LICENSED PRODUCT (software) for use in a motor vehicle.
RUNTIME SOFTWARE means the software designed to perform a certain functionality as a result of Development or a software component of the Cryptovision Software, which is explicitly declared as Runtime Software.

RUNTIME SOFTWARE means the Japanese language version of the software that is distributed to the Corporate Customer to enable it to run the services included in the AJ Assets.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.
