RSU Account definition

RSU Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant’s RSU Deferral Amounts, plus (ii) the hypothetical deemed investment earnings and losses credited or charged in accordance with all the applicable provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant’s RSU Deferral Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s RSU Account.
RSU Account means the account established by the Company in respect of a Member pursuant to Section 4.01 (RSU Accounts) to which RSU Allocations and RSU Dividends are recorded.
RSU Account means an unfunded bookkeeping account, notionally established on behalf of the Participant, that will be credited with any Accrued RSUs pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of RSU Account in a sentence

  • Such distributions will be credited to the participant’s RSU Account in the form of additional RSUs. The number of RSUs to be credited for each dividend will be equal to the aggregate amount of such dividend divided by the volume weighted average closing price of the Common Shares on the TSX for the five trading days immediately preceding the date such dividend was declared.

  • The Board of Directors, or any committee designated by the Board of Directors, may meet by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment whereby all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in a meeting pursuant to this by-law shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

RSU Account means Restricted Stock Units credited to the Participant immediately prior to the Reallocation Date.
