Rounding Amount definition

Rounding Amount means, if the Relevant Currency is (a) USD or EUR, 1,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, (b) JPY, 100,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, or (c) any other currency, such amount approved by the relevant Convened DC and set forth in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms.
Rounding Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, required to be withdrawn from the Rounding Account pursuant to Section 4.07(e).
Rounding Amount. As defined in Section 3.23.

Examples of Rounding Amount in a sentence

  • On any Business Day, Y, at its sole cost, may request that such Y Performance Assurance be reduced correspondingly to the amount of such excess Termination Payment plus Y’s Independent Amount, if any specified for Y in the Supplemental Terms (rounding upwards for any fractional amount to the next Rounding Amount, if any is specified for Y in the Supplemental Terms).

  • On any Business Day (but no more frequently than weekly with respect to Letters of Credit and daily with respect to cash), Seller, at its sole cost, may request that such Seller Performance Assurance be reduced correspondingly to the amount of such excess Termination Payment plus Seller’s Independent Amount, if any, (rounding upwards for any fractional amount to the next Seller Rounding Amount).

More Definitions of Rounding Amount

Rounding Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.2(c) hereof.
Rounding Amount. With respect to each Rounding Account, the amount of funds, if any, needed to be withdrawn from such account and used to round the amount of any principal distributions to any Class of Retail Lottery Certificates on any Distribution Date upward to the next higher integral multiple of $1,000.
Rounding Amount. With respect to any Class of Designated Retail Certificates and each Distribution Date prior to the Cross-Over Date on which such Class of Certificates is entitled to a distribution in reduction of the Class Certificate Principal Balance thereof, the amount, if any, necessary to round the aggregate of such distribution (after giving effect to any deposit into the related Rounding Account on such Distribution Date) upward to the next higher integral multiple of $1,000.
Rounding Amount. With respect to the Rounding Account, the amount of funds, if any, needed to be withdrawn and used to round the amount of any distributions in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Insured Certificates upward to the next higher integral multiple of $1,000. Scheduled Final Distribution Date: December 25, 2033.
Rounding Amount shall have the meaning specified Paragraph 3(c)(ii).
