Round Lot definition

Round Lot means 100.
Round Lot or "Normal Unit of Trading" means 100 shares of a security unless, with respect to a particular security, the Exchange determines that a normal unit of trading shall constitute other than 100 shares. If a normal unit of trading is other than 100 shares, a special identifier shall be appended to the Company's Exchange symbol.
Round Lot means the standard trading nominal amount that is equal to a Security’s Intended Denomination;

  • CD Loan means (i) a Committed Loan which bears interest at a CD Rate pursuant to the applicable Notice of Committed Borrowing or Notice of Interest Rate Election or (ii) an overdue amount which was a CD Loan immediately before it became overdue.

  • Micro-purchase threshold means the dollar amount at or below which a district may purchase property or services using micro-pur- chase procedures. Generally, the micro-purchase threshold for pro- curement activities administered under federal awards is not to ex- ceed the amount set by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) at 48 C.F.R.
