Roof Terrace definition

Roof Terrace means the ultimate roof over and above of the said building and it should be treated as one of the common areas and facilities.
Roof Terrace means the ultimate roof over and above the Top Floor of the said building under Section 3(d)(2) of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 and it should be treated as one of the common areas and facilities.
Roof Terrace has the meaning set forth in Section 27.2.
