Rollingstock Interface Standards definition

Rollingstock Interface Standards means the minimum standards relating to the interface between Rollingstock and the Infrastructure with which the Rollingstock and Rollingstock Configurations must comply in order for them to be able to be operated on the relevant parts of the Infrastructure agreed as part of the Interface Risk Assessment and included in the Interface Risk Management Plan;
Rollingstock Interface Standards means those Rollingstock Interface Standards agreed as part of the Interface Risk Assessment and included in the Interface Risk Management Plan;
Rollingstock Interface Standards has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Safeworking Procedures means the procedures and systems, including supporting communications systems, for the safe operation of Trains and protection of worksites on the Infrastructure specified in Aurizon Network’s document entitled Safeworking Procedures as:

  • The Operator must ensure all Trains are equipped with or have available means of communication to permit the Operator’s Staff to comply with this Agreement (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards and the relevant Safeworking Procedures).

  • In addition to the rights of inspection and audit specified in Clauses 6 and 11(f) and subject to the provisions of this Clause 12, either Party may conduct or require the conduct of an inspection or audit relevant to assessing the other Party’s compliance with the Interface Risk Management Plan (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards) and the Safeworking Procedures and Safety Standards periodically as specified in the Interface Risk Management Plan.

  • The Parties must provide each other with a copy of any report of any inspection or audit undertaken pursuant to this Clause 12 in respect of its compliance with the Interface Risk Management Plan (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards).

  • The Access Holder must ensure all Trains are equipped with or have available means of communication to permit the Access Holder’s Staff to comply with this Agreement (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards and the relevant Safeworking Procedures).

  • The Parties must provide each other with a copy of any report of any inspection or audit undertaken pursuant to this Clause 12 in respect of its compliance (or the compliance of the Operator) with the Interface Risk Management Plan (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards).

  • In addition to the rights of inspection and audit specified in Clauses 6 and 11(f) and subject to the provisions of this Clause 12, either Party may conduct or require the conduct of an inspection or audit relevant to assessing the other Party’s (or Operator’s) compliance with the Interface Risk Management Plan (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards) and the Safeworking Procedures and Safety Standards periodically as specified in the Interface Risk Management Plan.

  • The End User must ensure all Trains used to provide the Train Services are equipped with or have available means of communication to permit the End User’s Staff to comply with this Agreement (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards and the Applicable Safeworking Procedures).

Related to Rollingstock Interface Standards

  • Standard Interface means an interface that either is an official standard defined by a recognized standards body, or, in the case of interfaces specified for a particular programming language, one that is widely used among developers working in that language.

  • Uniform Grant Management Standards or “UGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas

  • Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;

  • Texas Grant Management Standards or “TxGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas Government Code, to promote the efficient use of public funds in local government and in programs requiring cooperation among local, state, and federal agencies. Under this Grant Agreement, TxGMS applies to Grantee except as otherwise provided by applicable law or directed by System Agency. Additionally, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, in the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal or state law, federal law prevails over state law and state law prevails over TxGMS.

  • Renewable Energy Standard means the minimum renewable energy capacity portfolio, if applicable, and the renewable energy credit portfolio required to be achieved under section 28 or former section 27.

  • New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Manual or “BMP Manual” means the manual maintained by the Department providing, in part, design specifications, removal rates, calculation methods, and soil testing procedures approved by the Department as being capable of contributing to the achievement of the stormwater management standards specified in this chapter. The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • COVERED HEALTHCARE SERVICES means any service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply that we have reviewed and determined is eligible for reimbursement under this plan.
