Right to Object definition

Right to Object with respect to a Development and Regulatory Plan, has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(h), and with respect to any Label Related Documents & Materials, has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(b).
Right to Object means a Data Subject’s right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to processing of Personal data concerning him or her by a Party with the consequence that the Party shall no longer process the data unless the Party demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;-
Right to Object under certain circumstances, an individual can object to the way in which their data is being processed.

More Definitions of Right to Object

Right to Object. You have the right to object to us processing your PI for the following reasons: Processing was not based on legitimate interests or the performance of a task in the public interest/exercise of official authority (including profiling); Direct marketing (including profiling); Processing for purposes of scientific/historical research and statistics; and Rights in relation to automated decision-making and profiling.
Right to Object means your right to object processing your personal data by us, including profiling. If you exercise your right we shall no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds fopr the processing which override your rights and interests. We can also continue to process your personal data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Where your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes our legitimate grounds are no longer considered and your personal data shall no longer be processed for such purposes. Related to Right to Object

  • the Objects means the Objects of the Charity as defined in clause 3 of the Memorandum

  • Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.

  • Review Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(i).

  • Notice of Objection has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

  • Notice Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).

  • Restriction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04(f) hereof.

  • Offeror’s Notice means the notice described in Section 12.3.

  • Objection Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).

  • Objective evidence means standardized patient assessment instruments, outcome measurements tools, or measurable assessments of functional outcome. Use of objective measures at the beginning of treatment, during, and after treatment is recommended to quantify progress and support justifications for continued treatment. The tools are not required but their use will enhance the justification for continued treatment.

  • Litigation Conditions has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.

  • OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
