Revolving Facility Administrative Agent definition

Revolving Facility Administrative Agent means Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent for the lenders under the Revolving Credit Agreement, together with its successors and permitted assigns under the Revolving Credit Agreement exercising substantially the same rights and powers, or such other agent as may from time to time be appointed thereunder.

Revolving Facility Administrative Agent means Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Senior Funding, Inc., in its capacity as administrative agent for the Revolving Lenders in respect of the Revolving Facility under any of the Loan Documents, or any successor Revolving Facility Administrative Agent.

Revolving Facility Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., including its affiliates and subsidiaries, in its capacity as administrative agent for the Revolving Lenders hereunder, and its successors in such capacity as provided in Article VIII.
