Retail Products definition

Retail Products means, in respect of a Retail Customer of a Business Seller, all Products held on any Transferring Sort Code and:
Retail Products means all products identified on Schedule 1(k) attached hereto (as supplemented or deleted by mutual agreement of the Parties in writing from time to time), including product line extensions thereto.

More Definitions of Retail Products

Retail Products means all products as set forth in Section 3(p) of the Disclosure Schedule and any product line extensions thereof. “Seller” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
