Retail Facilities definition

Retail Facilities means the retail and merchant services facilities used by the Group from time to time (including, without limitation, the Existing Retail Facilities and the Lloyds Retail Facilities).
Retail Facilities means the Retail Water Facilities, the Retail Wastewater Facilities and the Retail Stormwater Facilities as defined in Exhibit F.

More Definitions of Retail Facilities

Retail Facilities means retail shopping mall, outlet center or strip mall facilities primarily focused on retail sales of consumer products.
Retail Facilities means the retail facilities forming part of the Properties;

It is acknowledged by the parties hereto that, for purposes of clarification, the term "Restaurant" means Monty's Raw Bar, located on the ground floor of the Property, as such establishment currently exists or as it may be expanded in the future. The Company agrees that it shall not sublease, assign or otherwise use the Property for any purpose that requires an occupational license for a restaurant without the prior written authorization of the City Manager, other than the Restaurant or the Subleased Premises. In light of the acknowledgments pertaining to Section 31, all parties hereto agree that the Sublease and the Sublease Assignment shall be subject to the approval of the City Manager and that the gross sales and/or gross receipts of any subtenant of the Company subleasing the Restaurant and/or the Marina portions of the Property at any particular time shall be used to compute the Percentage Rental payable by the Company to the City pursuant to Section 13 of the Lease.
