Results of the Work definition

Results of the Work means any direct results of performing the Work, and includes all Services.

Examples of Results of the Work in a sentence

  • PARTNER shall take all reasonable precautions to avoid the inclusion of third party IPR in the Results of the Work, and to avoid making the use of the Foreground subject to third party IPR, and to avoid giving advice the following of which would result in the infringement of third party IPR.

  • As H2020 Model Grant Agreement shall apply, IPR to the Results of the Work generated by the PARTNER shall be owned by the PARTNER as specified in article 26 of H2020 Model Grant Agreement.

  • IMPLEMENTER shall take all reasonable precautions to avoid the inclusion of third party IPR in the Results of the Work, and to avoid making the use of the Foreground subject to third party IPR, and to avoid giving advice the following of which would result in the infringement of third party IPR.

  • The Developer hereby indemnifies the Institution against any and all liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees and court and other expenses of litigation) arising out of or in connection with: any use the Developer might make of the Results of the Work; any claim by a third party that the Institution’s use of Material infringes any intellectual property or any other right of that third party; and any failure by Developer to comply fully with the provisions of clause 3.

  • PARTNER has the unlimited right to publish the Results of the Work.

  • The Authority shall be given access to the Results of the Work Programme on request.

  • As H2020 Model Grant Agreement shall apply, Intellectual Property Rights to the Results of the Work generated by the PARTNER shall be owned by the PARTNER as specified in article 26 of H2020 Model Grant Agreement.

Related to Results of the Work

  • Project Results means all data and results of the Project.

  • Areas of Operations means the locations where PURCHASER performs the operations described in the contract.

  • Predictive emissions monitoring system or "PEMS" means all of the equipment necessary to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and calculate and record the mass emissions rate (for example, pounds per hour) on a continuous basis.

  • Operations means all the activities conducted by PURCHASER under this contract, including project work, logging, or post harvest activities; or the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to successfully complete any individual item or the entire contract.

  • Applied behavior analysis means the design, implementation, and evaluation of environmental modifications, using behavioral stimuli and consequences, to produce socially significant improvement in human behavior, including the use of direct observation, measurement, and functional analysis of the relationship between environment and behavior.

  • Computed tomography means the production of a tomogram by the acquisition and computer processing of X-ray transmission data.

  • Results means any information, documentation, designs, technical drawings, software (system and application software), algorithms, elaborated design data, technical or industrial data, tools, knowledge, know-how, trade secrets, equipment and services process, methodology, and any intellectual property therein, regardless of their support and whether or notprotected byan intellectual property right, developed, created or acquired by one Party during the execution of the Contract. The Results shall become the exclusive property of Purchaser as and when they are created or developed.

  • Outcomes means the Health and Wellbeing Outcomes prescribed by the Scottish Ministers in Regulations under section 5(1) of the Act;

  • CT conditions of operation means all selectable parameters governing the operation of a CT X-ray system including, but not limited to, nominal tomographic section thickness, filtration, and the technique factors as defined in 41.1(2).

  • Continuous monitoring system means the total equipment, required under the emission monitoring section in applicable subsections used to sample and condition (if applicable), to analyze, and to provide a permanent record of emissions or process parameters.

  • Tomographic plane means that geometric plane which is identified as corresponding to the output tomogram.

  • Continuous emission monitoring system or "CEMS" means the equipment required under section 11 of this rule to sample, analyze, measure, and provide, by means of readings recorded at least once every fifteen (15) minutes, using an automated data acquisition and handling system (DAHS), a permanent record of nitrogen oxides emissions, stack gas volumetric flow rate, stack gas moisture content, and oxygen or carbon dioxide concentration, as applicable, in a manner consistent with 40 CFR 75*. The following systems are the principal types of continuous emission monitoring systems required under section 11 of this rule:

  • Sampling means the distribution of samples to members of the general public in a public place.

  • Critical Test Concentration or "(CTC)" means the specified effluent dilution at which the Permittee is to conduct a single-concentration Aquatic Toxicity Test.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system or "CPMS" means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this article, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Continuous emissions monitoring system or “CEMS” means all of the equipment that may be required to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this chapter, to sample, to condition (if applicable), to analyze, and to provide a record of emissions on a continuous basis.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP (as applicable), including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Financial Impairment means that a carrier is not insolvent and is:

  • Test means such test as is prescribed by the particulars or considered necessary by the Inspecting Officer whether performed or made by the Inspecting Officer or any agency acting under the direction of the Inspecting Officer;

  • Hours of Operation are the hours established by the Employer to provide adequate service to the public and to fulfil the functions of the work unit.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Diagnosis means the definition of the nature of the Client's disorder. When formulating the Diagnosis of Client, CONTRACTOR shall use the diagnostic codes and axes as specified in the most current edition of the DSM published by the American Psychiatric Association. DSM diagnoses will be recorded on all IRIS documents, as appropriate.

  • Studies means activities needed to prepare project implementation, such as preparatory, mapping, feasibility, evaluation, testing and validation studies, including in the form of software, and any other technical support measure, including prior action to define and develop a project and decide on its financing, such as reconnaissance of the sites concerned and preparation of the financial package;

  • Historical data means data collected more than five years before the department’s date of listing or other determination under section 455B.194, subsection 1.

  • Financial Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Tests means and include such test or tests to be carried out on the part of the contractor as are prescribed in the contract or considered necessary by BHEL, in order to ascertain the quality, workmanship, performance and efficiency of the contractor or part thereof.
